We have contacted the Super 8 in Athens Ohio regarding rooms for arrival August 6 and checkout August 8 and we are good until about mid June. He says he cannot block rooms because that is the start of registration and orientation for Ohio University so we need to have our reservations made by mid June and they will fill up very fast starting about then.

The rate is $75.88/night for a Queen bed room and $85.88/night for 2 Queen beds.
Check-in after 2PM. Check-out before 11AM.
Cancellation policy is 48 hours before 4PM of the arrival date (i.e. cancel by 4PM August 4).

Meet at the hotel Friday evening about 6PM for the evening meal.
Make your reservations early.
